How do you guys deal with partners that constantly try to poke holes in your ideas, but jump through the wildest hoops to justify theirs…without constantly asking your CD to be the voice of reason 😂?

Please be noted that I'm spending 1.5L -1.8L pm for my family expenditures (family of 2) with the similar way of expenditure how much should I earn?

3. Is it better to stay in India with 21LPA or should I consider relocation to other countries?

I have just joined an organization and agreed for night shift. I thought I could manage it as I have done it earlier.

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

So I accepted an offer back in mid March but I didn’t negotiate it up and now I’m regretting it, because apparently you’re supposed to. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.

You ever have one of those days where nothing is going your way, and then you buy some ice cream to bring home, and then the ice cream falls on the floor?

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️

Next time I have a meeting my Senior Manager, I may just snap and tell him that instead of constant nitpicking and giving hurtful, blunt feedback, how about acknowledging sometimes for a change?
