They start in an 8 rotation intro in 9th grade. Based on their performance there they can be recommended for one of the courses they took an intro in. They choose two for level one. And based on recommendations of the teacher can move up to level two and get a completer

Used to be there should be one

Open for all level ones in our school. Upper levels are based on enrollment in programs, along with grades, professionalism and the individual students body of work from level 1. These programs are very competitive in my district and usually have wait lists.

Not all CTE classes have their prerequisites honored. We are “just electives”.

I’ve lived that life. :(

All of our program CTE classes do. For example, cosmo and nursing classes do, including teacher ratings. I’m not sure what mechanics has but I know welding has some prerequisite courses. Once out, though, a kid is out of the program.
Intro classes for program are “just electives” and other classes, like mine, just a cool class, not part of a program have few prerequisites and those are ignored. My class has become a dumping ground.

I got selected in LTI, the offered CTC is less than my current CTC, HR says they have budget constraints.

They were aware about my current CTC right from the first call.

I also shared the counter offer that I'm holding. (Offered CTC > Current CTC)

How can I convince them to revise my offer? YOE -3.2 yrs

What are your thoughts on invoking the rule of sequestration at a deposition in a case in state court? I have heard some attorneys argue that it is inapplicable, while others have argued that it does apply.

And does your answer change if the "extra" person is adverse to the deponent? For instance, a corporate plaintiff having two reps at the defendant's deposition.

I am not so much worried about getting sued, but about my current employer tanking my reputation if I leave and break the non compete.
