How do you know if you’re ‘growing’ in your role… or just coasting? Sometimes the work feels comfortable, but I can’t tell if that’s good or a sign I’m stagnating. what indicators show it’s time to look for the next step?

You know you’re still growing when you still feel uncertain from time to time (maybe when you hit a novel issue, a new provision, or a counterargument you haven’t seen before, etc) but you still feel confident you can handle it. Like theres still just a bit of uncertainty there, enough to give you a bit of a challenge every so often.

When you feel like basically you never have anything new or challenging to do. I remember at my last job feeling like I could basically do it in my sleep and I spent a lot of my time avoiding doing it because it just felt like busy work. That’s a good sign to me when nothing feels remotely scary or interesting and you’re just bored the vast majority of the time.

I love a challenge, and I know it's time to move on when I no longer feel challenged. I know that sounds vague but I know it when I feel it.

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment.
