You know you’re still growing when you still feel uncertain from time to time (maybe when you hit a novel issue, a new provision, or a counterargument you haven’t seen before, etc) but you still feel confident you can handle it. When you feel like basically you never have anything new or challenging to do. I remember at my last job feeling like I could basically do it in my sleep and I spent a lot of my time avoiding doing it because it just felt like busy work.
