How do you know when is the right time to call it quits? When so many disappointments accumulate but still actively in couples therapy, how do you determine there is no hope to recover the relationship to avoid wasting time?

It feels like we are friends who sleep together. I can’t tell if it’s healthy or if we just have no emotional spark. Idk... I feel like wanting romance is not a bad thing, right?

I’m so scared to let a relationship that gives me anxiety go because I’m 36 F and feel like I’m not going to find anyone else. He’s not a horrible person, but he can be inconsistent. When I bring it up to him he says he’ll try harder but then always goes back to default. I stick around because I think it’s more a personality trait and not that he’s not interested in me (maybe I’m naïve). Could really use some encouragement from a bunch of strangers.

I just got my client divorced from a truly horrible person who abused her and her children and she got everything she wanted and the kids are doing great and only one hasn't been successfully discharged from therapy and I'm just so proud of her and feel so lucky that I got to do a little to help her along the way

Feeling a deep void in close human connection after letting go a relationship that was lacking a future (I was interested in something more, he was unsure). Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating.
