How do you put yourself first? I have always struggled with this and put work first, giving it 123% every day. After an ah-hah moment, I finally decided to put myself first. I went to my doctor and checked my vitamin D and iron levels, which were low. With the small changes, including supplements and therapy, I have noticed my focus & energy are improved.

What other changes can I make to enjoy life and take my mind off of work?

Should I take more initiative? It’s my stub year and I’m getting worried. My hours have been super low the past two months, I’m talking like maybe billing 3-4 hours a day and billing no hours on multiple days. I ask for work but the tasks I get don’t require a lot of time. Should I be reaching out more?
