I find doing something that I can engage in fully helps. I play guitar (learned as an adult) and that really helps refocus.
If that fails, I also love boxing…!
Apply for new jobs and talk to friends who see you for you. It feels amazing.

Hit the gym, get a solid pump in. You’ll feel like a totally different person. Esp if someone on your team pissed you off, take it all out at the gym and leave it there
You just do it, this life is too short to worry about changing the minds of some people who already have it made up.
Never hesitate to find another job or another organization within your current situation where you can surround yourself with people who would actually appreciate you.
Journaling
Just some ideas: going outside for a walk, a workout, a guided meditation, a nature documentary, a phone call with a loved one, a warm shower before bed, gentle classical music, gentle stretching. If all else fails, 🍁
Wine and four legged pets!
I usually write down few things that I am grateful for and also what qualities of mine I really love. Sometimes review the day as a neutral 3rd party and try seeing it from other persons point of view helps as well.
As a child I read one Haiku that helps me get past tough times.

Meditation is my goto to calm and ground myself. Also playing with my kid is a good way to distract yourself from work related stress
Sweat it out, cycling, the gym, whatever makes you sweat and hurt in a good way, where you can challenge yourself. Sex is a great option because it requires physical effort. Or just go find a nice bar and drink.
Leave.. find a really comfy well paying WFH job.. move to a LCOL place.. buya few hundred acres (granted 50 acres would have been fine) ….. get some chickens, ducks and a few other animals. Sit on my porch with a good glass of bourbon and watch the sunset and my kids running around
