Do anyone know about any HR ops vacancy?
Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

You don’t survive PIP, the process is designed to make you quit so they don’t have to fire you.
Use it to apply at other companies. Don’t quit, let them fire you; you might get severance and can file for unemployment (job market is getting better but still sluggish). Put in the minimum effort to look like you’re trying but don’t kill yourself physically and mentally over it. Some do make it out, but it’s primarily designed to protect the company in case you sue them by documenting they tried to give you a chance but there were no improvements during the PIP.

Get a new job fam.
I have counseled many people on PIPs. Embrace it. Accept the feedback and develop a plan to improve. Request feedback often, self-assess even more often. If people know you are trying, they will try to help. People that don’t make it act like they don’t care or think the feedback was wrong, don’t act on a plan to improve, etc. you can survive this. And even if you move on, still focus on what the PIP says, they are really meant to be helpful.
You gotta earn that trust. People don't go on PIPs for nothing. If you've given up and are disconnected from what got you there, the best thing is to move on (for everyone).
The company I left Deloitte for is hiring. Let me know if you’re interested. Way better pay and Wlb.
