Anyone's Senior Manager reached out for retention bonus ? I had a connect with my SM and they're offering me a retention bonus for 1 year kn February salary.

First round cleared in november 2021, then HR called after 2 months for second round in Jan 22, now discusses the salary after 2-3 weeks and then again says to get back.
