How does Visa and Mastercard Consulting compare in terms of work and pay. I am an SM at big 4 with~350 TC and have worked in Banking and Payments. I am seeing online these companies pay 450-500K TC with great WLB (unlike where i am now). Anyone have experience working at these companies?

My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again.
