How does your firm assign work and track completion across partners, associates, etc.? We are a busy team of 9 attorneys, and we are looking for a more efficient matter/assignment tool. Email and individual to-do lists are no longer sufficient.

I briefly used Monday when I was at a busy small firm. While it can be very useful if it is set up appropriately, it also becomes another task in an endless list of things to do and will inevitably not be updated, thus defeating the complete purpose.
I know I didn’t fully answer your question but hopefully my slight tidbit of info can help you make a decision based on your needs and ability to have someone constantly updating it.
