Hi,
I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.
Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.

It's not that hard physically if you're in decent shape. But it's more of the feeling of being locked up in a jail and sitting in the dorm doing nothing for hours or all day on Sundays that bugged me at times.
While it may be less physically demanding than other branches it's still challenging and rigorous.
None of them are "easy". It's strenuous training for operating the machinery not as physical as the other units
Physically, the Air Force and Navy don't push you as hard as the Army or Marines. That doesn't make sense given that almost none of our members see combat, and the ones who do have different PT requirements anyway. If you're talking about basic training specifically, the same holds true. I'm not familiar with the Navy, but USAF boot camp has a huge focus on attention to detail.
While people consider it as the easiest, easiest doesn’t mean easy though. Each basic training has its own unique set of challenges but no matter where you go, you will have little communication with the outside world, you will exercise, and you will get yelled at. A lot.
Don't stress over boot camp, it'll go by in a blur.
Actual military life and culture isn't like boot camp.
Go in knowing that it's all a head game. The whole point is to strip your individuality and teach you to work as a team. Break you down to build you back up again.
What you need to be concerned about is your technical school, A school, or whatever it's called. That's where you really need to stress on your work ethic and learning. It's designed for you to succeed, but you're balancing back into life as a military individual.
