Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks

Basically you have to do multiple projects with them, get partner buy-in, then you can move over. Don’t let that short description fool you. It’s a long, tedious process
It's easier to leave the firm and come back later.
Source: Me. Used to work for PwC. Grass was not greener. Now having interviews a year later with S&.
Agree with PwC1 and depending on level you need to show financials in terms of potential pipeline you can bring.
Agree with S&1. Transfer from TC to S& about a year back- work for a while with a partner and get trust. Then ask for transfer
How easy is it to find an opportunity to work with a S& partner?
Actually depends on number of S& people on the bench at a particular time and number and type of projects being sold. Also just about any project won’t do it - it should be true core strategy projects.
You may or may not have to re-interview. But step 1 is doing a few projects.
But as S1 said - very important to note the difference in culture and expectations - be prepared from before and know what you’re getting into
Well ya it is true I have been on exceptionally crazy projects over the last year. I haven’t ever done 50 hours actually except one project. Maybe the average is 60 really with some 70-80 projects/weeks.
I feel if you transition in at above SA it gets hard because you’re not experienced in the frameworks and way of doing things.
