How have you built an “office culture” at your home office given the nature of our jobs? (E.g. people rarely go into the office on Fridays, especially more senior people)

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr).
