I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.
