I got an offer from a company A with 90% increment on CTC and in other company B at 130% increment on CTC. I'm totally confused which one to choose. Here are some pointers regarding the two:
1)A has both fixed and variable whereas B has fixed. So 130% will be fixed.
2)A is brand company B is paying really well.
3)B has sure short onsite opportunities.
Not sure which one to go for. Any help/suggestion would be great..

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.
