Have an offer in hand 12 lpa fixed 1.8lpa variable from a product based venture capital company.

EY has offered 14 lpa fixed , 0-20 % bonus depend on performance. 1lac joining bonus as i m an immediate joiner.

I have asked to give 17lpa fixed but chances are narrow they might give 15 lpa fixed with joining bonus (just assuming)

What should I do? Should I join EY , AS I m confused and heard lot of negative things about wlb, probation extension, pip .EY India

What are my chances in IT if I join HPE now? I heard they use mostly legacy tools and tools limited to HPE only. Does it affect my job search in future?

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.
