I am Chartered accountant with 3 years post qualification experience in assurance global audit from big 4 working for canada. I am getting a CTC of 13.80LPA fixed and variable 1.48 LPA. Is this enough or should I ask for a hike..EY Deloitte KPMG PwC . I am not seeing any notification on the coming hike..

What's your data points for this? Genuinely curious, not being snarky
Mainly anecdotal info based on friends across firms but also uscis publishes approval data and D’s is at <40% last I checked
1. Because of the way MBB structure the employment contract and file H1.
2. Rejection rate is lower because of number of applications, perceived quality of work, general perceived prestige.
Former Big4 employee. Not at all implying MBB is better than Big4. Just sharing my perspective being on both sides.
If they list all major cities when they file the initial/original H1 petition, you don’t need to file amendment every time you travel. However, I think big4 decided not to do that anymore because of rejection rate so don’t know how MBB still manages to do that if what you said is true. Could also be that they have better immigration lawyers. EY law sucks btw
I confirm ey law sucks. It’s incredible how bad they are..
