Can confirm it's 240 everywhere except CA -- they get full payout by law.
Try the company Bowl. You'll get better responses.
It’s state dependent. If I recall correctly the policy dictates the max is the same as the roll over (240 hours) unless state law dictates a higher pay out. Ex, CA and NY require payout of what ever you have accrued.
When I left earlier this year, it was the 240 max.

Sounds like you could use a vacation if you have that much PTO saved up... I don't know what level you're at, but I know I'd prefer 6 weeks of vaca in some amazing places than the $6-$10K you'd get in a payout.
I’ve taken 7 weeks already this year and still have 215 hours. Will be a nice ‘bonus’
A7 people have been at ACN for years to accumulate that much vaca... I had been there over 5 when I quit
