How is it viewed if I to contact the job poster/hiring manager and introduce myself when I’m interested in the job posted? Is it a negative thing to be like “hello, i wanted to introduce myself and express my interest……”. And maybe mention my relevant experiences in addition to the application that I usually do through the websites. Is it a no-no? How do the hiring managers feel about it?

So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?

As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
