A successful small startup in NYC doing PE/niche executive recruiting and 2. a fairly reputable PE consulting group in Austin. What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.

Does anyone here feel that their Manager discriminates with them during the time of appraisal or promotion?

So where are those people going?
Did we did a mistake by choosing tech as a career.
Cause I never heard consulting,finance or people in administration getting layed off like this.

How do you say no to your manager if you have been asked to work in a shift and the work that you have to do has no relevance to your actual job.

Finally Friday and only first half of sprint over 😀. Therefore this will be a relaxing weekend 😜
