I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? How to Clear Sitecore 10 Certification?

I have 8 years of work experience. Last 5 years of experience in sitecore development projects. Prior to that I was more into content management only. I feel I do not have enough experience in sitecore development for switching companies as sitecore is vast to cover all grounds. Can anyone please suggest what I should do to be more confident and prepare for interviews?
