Manager(total 4yr exp) in Pwc,KPMG,EY VS Manager(total 10yr exp) in Deloitte. Small big 3 makes people a manager in 4 yrs exp where as Deloitte usi takes 10 yrs exp. What will be difference in role, responsibilities, hike and salary slabs? Are both level same? Your views. Salary for manager in Pwc,KPMG,EY starts from 18. I have taken the paramount cashless. I think they are fabulous they give me approval within one hour on addmission time as well on discharged day.
Wow then you are one lucky person. For me it took many calls and coordination between them and hospital and finally after 3 days got letter of approval. And discharge experience was a nightmare. On the day of discharge, their mail server and portal northing was working. The Hospital had to send documents multiple times. Due to this the discharge got delayed by a day 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I availed benefits of the cashless process. They were pretty prompt and issued the approvals in an hour during patient discharge.
To make the process smoother, make sure you share details with the insurance desk at the hospital within 24 hours of patient admission as well as get in touch with them if Paramount raises any query. If these queries are resolved in time, the process is smoother during discharge.
My father was admitted for 6 days and I visited the hospital insurance desk on days 1,3 and 5 and everything was smooth.
Edit: Mine was an emergency case and pre-hospitalization approval was not involved
I have applied a claim for cashless reimbursement and it was approved and processed within 3 hrs that too in the evening time. They were pretty helpful in my case. As mentioned above, get your HRBP involved and have them send an email to the Paramount POCs to process your request fast.
