How is rhe hiring process happen in IBM?

I HAD GIVEN TECHNICAL INTERVIEW recently but did not hear from that , I was confident that i was selected but did not hear back it been 2 days.

Please suggest.

Guys I have resigned 2 weeks ago
And yesterday I got an acceptance mail from them and mentioned that they will hold my salary till my exit.
Is it fair for them to do so,?
This was never mentioned anywhere nor written in an offer letter.
Should I talk with higher mgmt.

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

Could anybody throw light on variable % in oracle gsc for consulting technical manager position? Is it a part of ctc? How much of this we can expect on an average for an year?

Got a job offer from Standard Chartered Bank recently. Went through 4 rounds of interview and got an email saying I’ve been selected but they said it’ll take about 2 weeks to come out with even just a verbal offer? Is this common across banks in Singapore or are they just stringing me along?

I got an opportunity to work with Deloitte USI and GT US. Deloitte offered solution advisor role and GT offered role of senior associate. Which one should I be choosing? Pay is more o less similar. Please help!

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.

I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.

My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
