I have an upcoming conversation to discuss compensation, curious to get thoughts on what I should ask for. I was hired as a Marketing Manager (assisting with projects, communication with clients, etc.). I am now running & managing all digital and creative projects. They are considering switching my title to Director of Project Management. All inflow and outflow of work is facilitated through me. No one else is able to communicate with our clients outside of me. What is a fair salary to ask for?

Passed on promo due to CPA. Now I am significantly below market and I know that my firm is not going to give me a 30-40% increase in compensation when I am promoted. Not sure where this post belongs because I don’t think it’s an excel solution, but I want to be able to pull data from various direct datafeeds (and be able to pull in reports from say excel as well).

Once I get all the data in the same place I want to make sure all the data looks the same before I begin manipulating it (consolidating/mapping fields essentially)

What’s the right software to do this? Is it as simple as having direct feeds integrated with Access or is it something else entirely?

Why the heck WLB is so bad in ZS across all projects, why cant senior leadership do something about it when they know it is the major reason many talented candidates are declining their offer.
Infact I have seen in few interviews, they upfront warn candidates/interviewees about working hours and ask them if they are ready to work long hours. Is this even ethical?
