HR/LEGAL HELP: I work for a multi-state remote employer. I am doing a classification study of sorts and believe that we may have to reclassify some positions. The impact is moving exempt and salaried positions to non-exempt. This has caused us to consider what states we are/should be hiring from. As an analyst, how early should I expect to get to do modelling?
I started a couple months ago and feels like everyone else (MBA associates, experienced analysts) is asked to do the modelling and I haven't been.
I lightly mentioned they don't need to hesitate to give me modelling pieces so I can learn but haven't touched anything yet.
I also get that with a time crunch, it's easier this way.
I'm worried this is a sign they don't trust me and I never will get to do any modelling/will be let go.

I finally got the final draft(Salary Stack Up) of my CTC after asking for some major and minor modifications twice which already took around 2 weeks.

Now that i have accepted the draft, HR said that she will send formal offer letter by EOD of next working day. It is more than 48 hours. Neither HR is responding to mail nor call nor sms.

What do i expect here now?
