Got offered 68k after 2 years as a contractor (62.5k) doing project management/business admin in a tech department at a Fortune 500 bank. I have an A.S degree and working on my bachelor’s/masters may 2024. I negotiated to 84k NYC. I have seen interns get offered 38 per hour (79k) for internship positions with a similar role.

Thoughts? Should I go higher? I do my job well that’s why they decided to keep me as a contractor after my internship.

Do Citius HR dont respond/ignore if not selected ?
Or does that mean i am on Hold?

Hi Guys - I completed the HR round with HCL.
Hr confirmed for 26 LPA CTC but after couple of days told that max budget for this role is 21 LPA.

CCTC - 18.3 LPA, YOE - 7.4, Tech - QA automation.

Please suggest if I should accept this offer. They don't have issues with 90days NP.

I do want to work with a startup, while working with a big4 company but the non compete doesn't allow.
