Tips for becoming more independent as you progress from junior to midlevel? I am starting to be put into the position of just having to handle things including drafting and could use some advice from others.

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I’m working a Principal TPM for a FinTech firm offering digital payments platform. I have 10+ YOE and recently got MBA. One of my focus areas in MBA was business analytics where i learnt ML and NLP using R. Now, I’ll go for PMP next and thinking to pick up Google Cloud and go down Architect route. I have used AWS in the past but don’t want to pursue it further as it has grown a lot and will take me years to learn. Also, Competition! What do you folks think? What would you recommend otherwise?
