I recently resigned from Infosys (still on probation) - while discussing with my manager and lead both of them told me that - they cannot give me hike as the current in hand offer - however chances of on-site is possible… but I need to complete at least 1 year in Infosys.. Generally how many days does it take for offer letter to be released after having discussion with HR.

Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .

I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.

Worked for 10.5yrs in Infy Package is 11L and now I have an offer from Enquero(Genpact) for 20L and as a counteroffer from Infy:- 40% hike + Canada visa or 70% hike

Please suggest which will be better for the long term for Testing(Automation/Manual)
