Hi! I just got an internship offer for beauty formulation for Amway! I was wondering if anyone had experience with this company before? I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. Should I tell and leave as such, Kindly pour your advice.

Have received joining date of may and my pregnancy is due in april and so I may be able to join only by august. What do i do ? Shall i inform the HR to extend the joining? (but I am afraid, I don't want to lose this opportunity) or I join now and then take an ML ? or I accept the offer letter now, try joining and worst case postpone in the end ?
