How is the work culture in Net Health projects (HMT)

Hello all. My experience in healthcare is pretty niche, almost exclusively in Neurodiagnostics and surgical neurophysiology but I am trying (desperately) to transition out as the burnout is incredible. I have a masters in healthcare management but not much experience. I’ve only had 2 interviews in 2 years but I’m told that I’ve been applying for jobs I’m overqualified for so that’s why. The only requirements I have for a new job is no call/weekends. Any suggestions on what/where to look? Tysm

My wife will be quitting her job soon to be a SAHM to our infant. I’m currently on a high-deductible plan at EY (along with my our infant) but my wife is separately insured through her current employer. My company is transitioning from wfh back to the office, but everyone returning to the office is supposed to be vaccinated. I told my boss I would NOT be getting the vaccine and he said I wouldn’t have a desk in the office until I did. So I told him I would continue to wfh. He said that “wouldn’t work.” After our phone call, I got an invite for a zoom conference with my boss and an HR rep!? They’re infringing on my rights by requiring a vaccine. To get a project I attended 2 interviews in 2 different projects. I didn't clear the interview.

Actually the problem is I'm a manual tester I worked in automation tools ( but that's all is codeless tools. We worked using record run mode or keyword scripting)

Here they are expecting High.. javascript, selenium, coding.. but I'm unable to ans their questions. Now what to do? If I don't clear the interviews then what will happen?
