I have received an offer as Associate Data Engineer L2 at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 8 months of experience. The CTC provided is 16. On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
