currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

which would you choose here

What is your opinion of expected base salary for a Director of Global Operations Risk Management who has managers who are leads for each region (US, Latin America, Europe and Asia)?

I have 2 weeks to join a company(A) and im in a process of interviewing for another company(B) that i wish to join,interviewing atleast takes a week so mostly i will have to join the accepted offer letter(A) is there any way i could expedite the interview process or delay joining im worried if i delay joining and then dont join i will be blacklisted.

HPE (Expert Role) or Cognizant ( Manager-projects) role? Both offered same salary. Skill - SAP.
Though it says Manager-projects in Cognizant but HR told that it will be technical work.

I gave a coding test on a potal with hr monitoring , but the portal had lots of issues , I couldnt do a Sysout to check the values , I couldn't run my testcases , in the end I had to use my own environment and make things work in last 5-10 mins.I received a rejection from their process for 1 year now.I have requested the recruiter for a re-test with a technical engineer present if same issue arises but I doubt they will accept it , what could I do next ? Don't wna miss out on this one
