1. Deloitte India - 16.5LPA at my home location.
2. PwC SDC - 17 LPA +2.5L joining bonus Permanent work from home.
How is the wlb and perks in the 2.
Any suggestion would help.

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...

Hi all, I have taken LeetCode subscription. But I am finding it very difficult to solve tree/graph problems. How to do beter in this area of data structures? Does it happen with practice. Sometimes I feel like giving up and joining a normal tech company. I'm a top performer in my current company, but we don't use these data structures in day to day coding problems. Please suggest how to do better in this area.

Let's see how many hours most people are spending on office work.
From last 2 months I am working more then 12 hours a day and one day on weekend. Although this doesn't happens 12 months a year but after 12 hours on average is too much.

How do you look at that all day long without stressing your eyes? M1 is good and all but I've to make weird back postures/level my head at different angles to be able to see stuff on it. Feels like torture. This little machine should be banned.
