Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

As soon as you sign out of whatever timekeeping software you're off the clock, sign out of teams, turn off your computer, don't answer your phone unless you're accounting and getting compensated for your time.
Let me clarify by saying that if the expectations that your duty shift ends at 3 PM for example, all communications cease at 3 PM until you report back for the next assigned day/shift.
If I’m working a bit later one day, I will respond after 5PM. But once I close the computer I am not responding until whenever the next business day begins.
This depends on role and responsibility level.
Only if I'm on the clock. Unless it's a SEV1 (rare), messaging me, calling me, texting me, email, sending a pigeon... they get only static.
My supervisor has trouble sleeping sometimes, so he'll send emails at all hours. I know he doesn't expect me to see or respond until the morning.
Email is asynchronous. Its different than texting or calling. If it is after work hours, the assumption is that you will see it the next morning.
sometime I opened my email at 12am to respond in the past. So, it depends on the urgent of the email or work.
I’m paid till 5, no one would expect a response after that time. if I’m working overtime I would likely respond, but thats a bonus and not expected.
I don’t currently do any out of hours coverage, so I’m not expected to provide it, neither should anyone be!
It's not really any of my business what time other people send emails. I read them during my work hours. I would answer a phone call from my boss at any time, because that's the international recognized symbol of an emergency, I would answer.
I'll respond as long as I'm awake. I'm so anxious about losing my job I'll do just about anything to stay on my boss's good side. I hate having zero boundaries with work, but I do not want to have to test my luck in this job market if i can avoid it.
I’m always by my phone at all times if you call, I will ask her no matter what time of night or day it is
I work between 9am and 5pm. At 4.50pm it’s winding down time. Emails and Teams messages will be responded to after 9am the following morning, or Monday morning if it’s now Friday evening. That’s it, in at 9 out at 5 and no working at my desk during my lunch break.
I have a do-not-disturb setting from 12 am to 7 am. I average 51 hours a week, so my downtime is important.
