How long did it take to process your work visa for Belgium as a US citizen?

Currently on H1B. Trying to decide if I should pursue full-time MBA, or get part-time MBA while working. Just got MBB offer with 30% salary increase. Both MBA programs are top 10.

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

Can H1B holders filed unemployment when serving grace period for 60 days? D provided information in Separate Memorandum?

I don’t understand how someone can lie about loving you for 6 months. We were together for almost a year (broke up a week before our anniversary). I said I love you first and he said it back. EY fish, i-140 approved but I haven't completed my 180 days yet. Got extension for 3 years (completed 6 years on H1b). Will EY revoke the GC petition if I decide to join EY in my home country?
