How long does infosys hr take to get back to you once you submit the documents? Its been a week. Is there any hope? Do they consider 3 months notice period?

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1. Also there is no pairing in my project. Any suggestions on what should be done would be welcome.

You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…

Had fruitful discussion with M, HR, SM & MD on the same & considered the offer. Took my papers back.

HR told me will release the offer by EOD on 29 sep, I didn't received any letter yet, yesterday I asked HR to release the offer letter, she said by EOD will get as final approval from BU head is pending, I didn't receive any letter yesterday, called today, she said, they are releasing for java candidates now, will release mine in next week,
