How long does it take to hear back from Salesforce? Applied for a Enterprise Corporate Sales role base out of Chicago on 5/19/23, got emailed for a phone screening on 5/22, gave them a list of times I am available for phone screen and haven't heard a thing since. Obviously followed up multiple times but no response. The job portal was down for about a month during this time but it is now back up and all it says is "in consideration".

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position).
