I would say up to a week on average.
In my experience, six or seven days.
Anything more than a week = you're not the first choice and you're either not going to get it, or they're keeping you warm in case the top choice falls through. Which doesn't mean you won't get it, but it helps manage expectations. Keep applying/pushing unless you have an offer in hand.
Varies widely. I've gotten one day after and about a week after.
It does depend on the firm. That being said if I don't hear back in a week I always follow up. And then I will wait another week and follow up again.
It can be a few weeks, don’t panic
