How long to wait after final interviews to reach back out to recruiters? Been a week.

I put resignation November 2021 its been 9months i have not joined any job..my manager keeps calling me to join back..but i am not interested in that company..If i apply to any other company do they consider me or then reject me on the basis of gap..one thing to add..i have completed a course 6 month long meanwhile..
