How long we can be on bench after current project allocation ends in cgi india ?

I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in. I do see a few new projects come in every week but I’m not getting staffed on them. Should I be worried? Should I ask my PM if I should be worried? We’re in a pretty small group less than 20 people

Just got briefed to come up with a brand tagline and I quote: “Client is expecting action in the tagline, some sort of verb.” No other information, except what I already know of the brand by virtue of working on it. When I asked to speak with the client, my request was denied. Absolutely incensed with the servicing team. Not sure how to tell them this is unacceptable without screaming! Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough.
