Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!
Woohoo just closed my first client!!!!

There is no official bench policy. However the internal workings or how they speak to those on bench would be -
45 days to find a project (A call is initiated by HR with RM). After that, based on the ongoings in the BU , you will be asked to resign and have another 60 days.
This varies based on, if BU foresees lot of need for people due to upcoming pipeline and wants to keep people or is facing revenue issues and wants to let go of the excess and save costs. Sometimes if there is higher demand from BUs also you may get longer times.

Can't say officially but yes unofficially that's what was being practised till a short while ago atleast.
