Not a partner, but delivery centers do awesome work. You can send them work during night US time, and have a near finished product by day time. Of course, you will initially need to invest time making a connection with the team and clearly providing guidance on the task (in email or via phone call)
P1 - Sounds like you’ve had a good experience with what I’m assuming is the offshore team. Have you had any interaction with the US onshore delivery center?
Haven’t actually worked with the US on-shore team, but I think their skill set is different from the offshore team (based on what I heard).
P1 what time of work did you send ?
Not a partner but I’ve had great experiences. I need to qualify that by saying I’ve only used off shore dc for training material development and data analysis.
I’ve used onshore as well but also for training material dev. She was awesome and had a PhD. I’m not sure how it would be with a brand new resource that didn’t have much experience. But overall regardless of on shore or off, you’ve got to invest the time up front for a couple weeks working through items together to make sure all are on the same page with approach and expectations. After that smooth sailing. It’s like a machine running 24 hours a day
