Hi All, I got a job offer from Maersk at Pune location. I have total 10 years and 8 months if work experience and they have offered me JL4. Anybody here can explain job hierarchy at Maersk? Title says senior engineer only. Also, what are the benefits @maersk? In terms of transportation, food, health, gym etc. Also do they provide tax benefits for bills like phone, driver, food coupons etc? Any information would be appreciated. when companies start reducing their notice period to 15 days or a month may be that is the mail reason of multiple offers
Till companies reach saturation of personnel. When demand is less than supply. When companies move out to cheaper locations.

+ when companies start giving good hikes to current employees and trying to retain them rather than hiring the guy with same skills and giving him 80% and 100% hike.
