It happens fast if there are no holiday. Igor my salary annex on day 1 of the discussion then formal offer post 5 days then I resigned

Had a disappointing interview experience recently for a senior SAP Solution Architect role at a large telecom product company.
Multiple rounds completed, strong technical and managerial discussions, and HR compensation alignment conversation already done — expectations discussed and acknowledged. Based on that, I was told next step would be offer/negotiation alignment.
Instead of a closure call, the process ended with a generic automated rejection email. No explanation, no discussion, no final alignment conversation.
For senior-level hiring, this kind of process handling is weak. If budget or band approval was the issue, it should have been communicated directly instead of progressing the candidate and then closing silently through the system.
Interview panel quality was good. Final-stage candidate communication was not.
Companies really need to fix late-stage hiring communication — candidates invest real time and preparation at this level.
