I'm embellishing a little bit, but despite everyone's best efforts we always create single points of failure and I'm the relationship guy...for better or worse

0 because “unlimited”
And how many of the unlimited do you take?
27 PTO + 9 holidays
MD1 oh I see. I stand corrected. I could remember being told recently by my SM that MDs had 29 while I was calculating how many days I needed to take to be under 240 by end of aug lol do you have a hard time taking them all? I always end up planning some random PTOs starting April on out.
The question is, can you actually take all your PTO?
Yeah you take it and they will show you the door

Currently 20 days PTO and 10 holidays.
A while back when I was a fed, 10 holidays and 13 days of sick leave per year, 13 days PTO up till 3 years of tenure, then 20 days from 3-15 years tenure, then 26 days after that.
In the handful of other companies I worked for (private sector, BAH, Deloitte, and several small/midsize consulting firms), it ranged from 2-5 weeks of PTO and 6-10 federal holidays.
ETA: Unlike when I was at Deloitte, there have been no negative consequences of actually using PTO at any of the other companies I've worked for, and the rest have actually encouraged us to take our PTO.
30 PTO. I forget holidays. Maybe 13? It’s up the last couple years because they give everyone the days around Xmas off.
30 days PTO, 10 holidays, 5 days collective disconnect
How tenured are all of you with 20+ days of PTO? 3 years in and have 15 + 10 holiday
It had more to do with level and less with tenure. At Deloitte, manager and above get 30 days.
34 (vacation and holidays) plus unlimited paid sick time
Unlimited... took about 35 days last year.
Unlimited
I get 22 days PTO + 10 corporate holidays
Sick leave counts towards PTO unless you’re really sick and gone for more than a week, then you can go for short term disability leave which is 100% salary for up to 6 weeks
