How many job offers have you gotten at one time (within a decision period)?

I seemed to only get two within the time rame for me to make a decision (and yes, I ask for a week to decide).

At most 4 but generally don’t even apply to jobs that you aren’t even interested in just for the sake of it. You might be denying someone else who’s actually interested the opportunity.

General etiquette is 2 weeks for decision but most companies only giving 1 week now due to the high demand in skilled workers.

I had 6

I had usually 2-3

Hey all,

What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).

Appreciate your inputs.

Thank you.

Also I got a long way to go before senior manager fyi.

Expecting an offer this week or early next week, but want to know when you start negotiating the salary? When you receive the call from the company or wait until receiving the formal offer letter?
