How much basic (in %) of CTC are you paying currently? In my company this ratio is 50%. My employer says it is mandatiry to have this ratio as 50% as this is law. This reduces my in hand salary a lot. Please help me with your cases. TIA.

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
