Yeah, I’ve closed more business than you this year

Did you mean you’ve made more than that amount in commission for this year already? If so, that’s great, but then the only reason to come to CV would be because the commission percent you’re making at IQVIA (resulting in this potentially greater than $1 - 2 M) is lower than the CV commission such that, following your non-compete, selling to the same clients, you could possibly take more home via CV.

This is in prior posts multiple times if interested to understand the spectrum across levels.
Since all leadership are primarily commission compensated, an effective Managing Director is typically making $1 - 1.5 M, if not up to $2 M in total compensation.
Since you’re at IQVIA, it may be best to ping JG from the P&MA team about his experience at CV as an MD before he boomeranged back to IQVIA in less than a year. Apparently, he was not pleased with the experience.
Why was he not pleased with the experience?
You realize that's their comp, not how much they sold right?
I’ve sold more than 35M this year so i absolutely am not afraid of being comp’d on commission. I can tell that I’m going to love how highly you all think of yourselves
Aaauahahauaha …. I also sold 75 m
