Thoughts on offer. 5.5 YOE in BV / M&A. Broad experience over that time in Valuation advisory and strong network within current firm - anticipating 5-7 yrs to partner where I am. CPA / ABV. M2 current. Current salary $125k. Offered $150k + $7.5k SOB for a lateral move to much bigger (not b4) PA firm. Probably weaker prospects of accelerated partner track.

Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. I have not gotten a merit raise since the last 2 January’s, the state raises the threshold for salary folks. My company says that was my raise. Is this right? Anybody familiar with the Fisher Investments sales role? They give you a salary first 2 years plus commission, but the only thing that I don’t like is they no longer pay the trail on any account you open after 3 years. Our school uses Foss Kits for Science and I was told when students return, we will need to sanitize all items before and after each use. This doesn’t seem possible in a middle school setting where each period has a 4 minute break and 25 students in each period. What do you do in your classroom to minimize the amount of work needed to clean and sanitize items. I don’t want to short change the students’ hands-on experiences.
