I have 7 years of experience and recently i got offer from CTS as a Sr. Associate. I am into testing and into automation since last 3 years. I don't have automation architect type knowledge but I do automating scenarios with selenium and Java. I am not into framework development. Now if I join CTS at 15.7 package will they expect me to work into framework development or just as a tester who does automation sprint wise scenarios. Please only genuine suggestion. I am into dilemma.

Dad passed away 2 months ago. I converted $30k of rollover 401k into a Roth IRA and have $26k of realized ST Capital Gains this year (Roth conversion in end of Q1 and most capital gains in Q2).
