I am working in infosys at 8.5 lpa and holding an offer from JMI ( Jean Martin System) for investment banking analyst at 10 lpa. But I have heard some negative reviews about JMI regarding job security and growth. Can somebody provide insights or share any review on the same ? Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....
