$200 for marriage, $300 for baby (then increment by $100 depending whether they have twins, triplets, etc.)
Married? $0. Baby? Maybe like $30?
$0. Unless it’s someone I’m really, really fond of.
I don’t want to seem cheap but there are also a lot of people being asked to contribute.
Are they getting married or having a baby?
Either way you’re in absolutely no obligation to give anything you don’t feel comfortable with, even if that’s $1. Don’t let megacorp guilt you into spending money on something THEY (agency) should be doing.
$20. But we have a small tight-knit group.

Unless it was my work bestie, it’s $0.
$0
$0 unless it’s a real friend :)
Depends how much you like them. My standard was usually $20-$30.
25, 50 for someone I've worked with for a long time
Define long time
we usually just do one of those easily shareable digital cards for people to sign and then their manager will maybe grab them some balloons and treats for the team/office. but not like a real gift fund lol. ofc if they’re your friend then its different but yeah
The agency itself should really be doing this. But if it’s someone I know, I’ll send $20. Only for the baby though, marriage I’ll send a congrats dm.
30-50
Our agency pays for new baby gifts wedding gifts. If your face fits we might throw a baby shower, paid for by the agency. Coworkers organise collections for leavers, which I don't contribute to as I don't have money to spare.
25-30 but I really like my team!
Ask me to sign a card for them, sure. Give them money? Absolutely not.
